Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs

Made with smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, and thick crusty bread, this Smoked Salmon Sandwich is what breakfast dreams are made of! Whip it up in minutes for a fancy start to your customer’s day!
Ingredients:
- Half loaf fresh bread – I used rustic Italian
- Acme Norwegian Smoked salmon
- 3 tbsp Softened butter
- Fresh chives
- 6 eggs for scrambling
- Pinch of sea salt
- Pinch of pepper
Instructions:
- Prepare scrambled eggs to your liking (though, I recommend keeping the pieces slightly larger, so they stay on the bread a bit easier)
- Spread enough butter to cover each slice of bread
- Top each piece of bread with scrambled eggs
- Top with about 1 ounce salmon each slice of bread
- Sprinkle with fresh chives
